Influence of loyalty program on a problem turnover of staff in restaurant business

Effective management of loyalty of the personnel one of hot topics context of management of human resources. After all loyalty is a formation condition at workers of high professional motivation which, in turn, is reflected in all aspects of activity of the company. In article the interrelation of loyalty program and turnover of staff in restaurant business is considered. A task of this article to analyse the reasons of turnover of staff and to create the effective and correctly picked up actions for the solution of this problem.
